Eximietas Design was founded by Jay Avula with a vision to build a world-class
engineering company spanning Silicon, Systems, and Intelligence.
A core leadership team that had worked together across multiple successful
ventures joined during the founding phase, bringing deep expertise across
semiconductor design, embedded systems, AI platforms, operations, and global
customer delivery.
This phase laid the groundwork for Eximietas’ long-term vision of combining deep
engineering excellence with disciplined execution and scalable global delivery.
Following the completion of leadership non-compete obligations from prior
engagements, Eximietas formally launched business operations across Silicon
Engineering, Embedded Systems and Validation & Production Engineering
This phase marked Eximietas’ transition from an emerging engineering organization
into a rapidly scaling global technology company.
Eximietas was recognized as a Great Place To Work (GPTW) Certified
organization, reflecting the company’s early focus on building a high-trust, high-
