\nYet, despite this constant connectivity, many people feel more isolated than ever.

\nThis raises an important question:\nAre we truly connected- or are we just online?

\nBeing online is easy. Connection is not.\nBeing online means consuming information, responding to alerts, scrolling through moments of other people\u2019s lives. It keeps us informed, entertained, and occupied. But connection is something deeper. \nThe question isn\u2019t whether technology belongs in our lives- it does. The question is whether we are using it consciously or letting it use us.
